2. Custom Artwork
Your portrait is created using an AI-assisted process based on the photos you upload. Each piece is produced through Palette & Paw's custom creative workflow, including original style direction, composition rules, frame presentation standards, and human curation. Final quality depends on the quality of the photos you provide. By placing an order, you confirm you own the uploaded images or have permission to use them.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.
4. Fulfillment and Shipping
Physical products are fulfilled by production partners and shipped to the address entered at checkout. Delivery timing is estimated and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our refund and replacement terms are described in the Refund Policy on this site and incorporated into these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may reject orders that violate law or these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palette and Paw is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
