Refund Policy

1. Custom Item Policy
Because each portrait is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect photo choice, or preference after approval.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with order details and photos. We will provide a replacement or refund when eligible.
3. Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable after the file has been delivered, except where required by law.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production starts. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
