Which animals can you create a portrait of?
Any animal on earth, our artists can tailor self-portraits for them based on the characteristics of different species of animals
How do I know if my pet photo is good enough to use?
Here are several hints for your photo:
Make sure the photo is taken in good light
Try to take the photo at eye level with the pet
Face the camera head-on for the best result
Try to take a close shot so that we can see your pet's unique features
The photo is clear (high resolution)
Make sure no features are out of the frame - if they are not in the original photo, our artist will not know
Make sure the fur color in the photo is the color you want
If the photo you provide is not good enough, or if the photo is uploaded in an unrecognizable format, our team will email you to remind you to resend a high-quality photo. This will cause your delivery date to be delayed for a few days
Please note that if we advise you that the original photo may not produce the best quality artwork and you refuse to provide a new photo, we cannot refund you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the photo provided.
Can I see the work before printing and make changes?
Absolutely! Except certain products that specified in the product description, we will send an electronic version of the work with a watermark to your email address. We will print and mail it only after you confirm the art work. An electronic version of the picture without a watermark will also be sent to your email address after your confirmation.
How these artworks were made?
Our team of artists comes from all over the world. Each artist has his or her best style and animal type. We will assign different artists according to the product type you choose. We do not paint from scratch. Our artists use a variety of painting tools and apply a variety of image editing techniques to ensure that your pet's portrait achieves the best effect.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order within 24 hours of your confirmation.
What if I don't like the work?
Please don't worry, you can always make revisions and we will send you a new electronic version of the work after receiving it. We will print your pet portrait only after you confirm that you are satisfied.
We will notify you via email when your portrait is ready. You have 3 days to send us your edit request, or approve it for printing. If 3 days pass and we have not heard back from you, we will consider it approved and will proceed with printing.
what is the blind box surprise?
Blind box surprise is our new product. If you find it difficult to choose a portrait style for your beloved pet, you can choose blind box surprise and choose the frame size you want. Our artists will design the most suitable style for your pet and mail it to you after the painting is completed.
Please note that in order to keep your surprise, previews are not available for this product.

Shipping & peyment policy
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! We would like to serve our customers from as many places as we can, so we provide a worldwide shipment with trackable shipping methods. Once we mailing your arts out, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What are the shipping times
Expect your artwork to be ready within 2-3 days of placing your order. We will print and ship within 1-2 days of you approving the artwork. This is usually up to 2 weeeks for most orders.
Note: If there are some minor accidents with your order (such as image quality problems, multiple revisions), the arrival time will be relatively delayed by a few days.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link from your email. Once your art work is out for delivery, you will also receive an email notification in most cases.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We are a start-up electronic painting studio. Currently we can only accept Paypal, but soon we can accept most payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
Return/ Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Since your order is unique and custom made for your pets, we do not offer refunds.
We offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions, so you can be sure you are 100% satisfied with your artwork before printing!
